Description:
d'Escoto, Inc.is partnered with HNTB (Prime)representing the Project Management Office monitoring and managing the Governor's $5.3 billion, 10 year Congestion Relief Program. The program consists of major renovations of and, expansions to, the 45 year old 274 Mile Tollway system. This program included the execution and completion of system wide Open Road Tolling. The program is currently reaching year 3 of the 10 year program. The d'Escoto, Inc. project management team played a major role in the execution and completion of the Tri-state corridor Open Road Tolling plaza conversions that included all toll plazas from O'Hare Airport to the Indiana border. Additional services were provided for toll plaza renovation and construction throughout the rest of the system. Management services included the processing of many design changes, payment applications, extra work orders, progress schedule reviews, and claims review. Services also included MOT management and the management of future enhancement proposals. With the ORT (Open Road Tolling) initiative coming to a close, the above mentioned services are being performed by dEscoto Project management on the I-88 (Reagan Memorial) and both North and Middle I-294 (Tri-state) expansion programs. d'Escoto, Inc. staff is also currently performing an active role in the review and management of all System Wide maintenance and renovation progress schedule development and reporting.
