d'Escoto, Inc. was part of the Construction Management team established to provide support services to the Chicago Housing Authority for their Housing Redevelopment and Make Ready Programs. These improvements were a part of a capital improvement program designed to make the city-owned housing more attractive and sociable for use, in particular for ADA access. Upgrades included new elevators, new flooring, lighting, carpentry, roofing, HVAC and general improvements for public access in over 400 units.

d'Escoto, Inc. was a subconsultant responsible for providing project management and construction administration services including: coordinating numerous general contractors for repairs, renovations and improvements. We ensured work was completed satisfactorily on schedule and within budget. Additional duties included project status reporting, and construction inspections.
