d'Escoto Inc. is providing Owner's Representative services to the Gary Housing Authority for their Vacancy Reduction Program their Capital Construction Division. d'Escoto Inc. works directly with GHA staff to oversee the complete demolition and renovation of 266 Single Family, Senior High-Rise, Row House, and Scattered Sites Units.

These units were designed to provide decent, safe and sanitary housing for the lower income community. The scope of services included providing, owner's representation, construction management, cost controls, estimating, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and administration of the entire program. The field team provides leadership and coordination along with construction supervision. The project management team oversees all work and ensures that work is completed in a satisfactory manor, on schedule, and within budget. Additional duties included acting as liaison with the GHA, representative tenants, and property managers.
