d'Escoto Inc. provided Owner's Representative services to the Chicago Housing Authority for their Plan for Transformation under their Capital Construction Division to renovate multiple Scattered Sites Units to comply with ADA requirements. As part of a three year contract, d'Escoto Inc. worked directly with CHA staff, designers, and contractors to complete the renovation and ADA conversion of 166 Scattered Sites Units. These units were designed to meet HUD 504 and UFAS criteria and standards. Each completed unit passed the mandatory HUD inspections.

The scope of services included providing, design review, project management, cost controls, estimating, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and administration of the program. The field team provided leadership and coordination with project and program scoping, bid package compilations, review and recommendations of bids, field construction supervision, and project close-outs. The project management team oversaw all work and ensured that work was completed in a satisfactory manor on schedule and within budget.
