Alliance surveyed 46 buildings for mold.  The inspection included a visual survey of building surfaces for mold and sampling of suspect areas using tape life samplers.  Upon completion of the visual inspection and laboratory analysis, Alliance provided a written report delineating the presence or absence of mold in each building, a suggested remedial action and an estimated remedial cost.


Livingston Paint Superfund Site
Winchester, IN.

The Livingston Paint site is a former paint manufacturing facility.  Approximately 180 drums of paint-related liquid waste and used motor oil, as well as approximately 4,000 gallons of wastewater, were abandoned on site. 

Alliance developed an EPA approved work plan and site-specific health and safety plan for characterization and disposal of wastes.

Soldiers and Sailors Monument
Indianapolis, IN.

Renovation of fountains and pools at state monument in downtown Indianapolis.  Alliance performed a lead-based paint inspection of painted surfaces in the fountains and pools.


North Judson-San Pierre School Corporation
Transportation Facility
North Judson, IN.

Alliance provided underground storage tank closure sampling and reporting for an underground storage tank containing gasoline.  During closure, contaminated soils were discovered.  Based on the discovery of contaminated soils, the nature and extent of soil and groundwater contamination was determined.  Alliance designed the remedial action plan which was approved by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management.
