• Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) compliant with 40 CFR 312, All Appropriate Inquiry.
• Conduct Phase II ESAs (i.e. subsurface investigations) to determine the presence of contamanation.
• Complete tank assessments, closure & reporting services for regulated and non-regulated tanks.
• Develop & implement remedial work plans for removal or reduction of contaminates.
• Develop & implement regulatory compliant remedial plans for soil & groundwater impacted by leaking underground storage tanks (LUSTs).

ASBESTOS & INDOOR AIR QUALITY (IAQ)

• Perform asbestos surveys of building materials to determine the presence of asbestos in building materials.
• Provide asbestos project design and management for asbestos abatement projects.
• Provide IAQ surveys, testing, analysis & assessments.
• Prepare remediation and project design for IAQ to reduce or eliminate problems identified.

OSHA COMPLIANCE

• Develop written compliance programs for OSHA regulated and insurance required health & safety issues.

WETLANDS

• Prepare wetland permit submittals as required by state & federal regulatory agencies.
• Determine and deliniate wetland boundaries.

AMERICAN WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA)

• Barrier surveys, transition plans, employee training, compliance plans, initial design & review and construction supervision.
