Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Five 3-day modules
APICS certification offered. Each module is designed to increase functional knowledge, improve efficiency of organizational supply chains, streamline operations through accurate forecasting, more accurately predict outcomes, maximize ROI on systems and technologies, and enhance credibility, among other benefits.

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), 6-day course
APICS certification offered. Each module provides advanced training in proven knowledge and organizational skills to strategically streamline operations, utilization of tools to effectively manage global supply chain activities where suppliers, plants, distributors and customers are located around the globe, enhance the ability to interact with legacy systems, existing resources and your ERP system to increase the efficiency of the workplace environment, develop skills to create consistency and foster collaboration through best practices, common terminology, and organization-wide communication, among other benefits.

Train-the-Trainer (TTT), 1-day course
For those with CPIM or CSCP certification or relevant experience, this course provides the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary for CPIM and/or CSCP training expertise to be located in house.

Principles of Supply Chain Management, 1-day course
A highly condensed supply chain and operations management overview course that presents the language of these areas, the basic theories and methodologies, and current trends.

Fundamental Skills of Procurement, 1-day course
An overview of the necessary skills and techniques to set up and maintain a successful Purchasing function that adds value to your supply chain.

Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Considerations for Operations Professionals, 1/2-day course
Provides Operations professionals with awareness of SOX risks in the supply chain.

Theory of Constraints (TOC), Six 1/2-day modules
This set of workshops explores strategies for applying the theory of constraints to increase efficiency and achieve dramatic bottom-line improvement.

Lean Operations, One 8-hour introduction and 6 4-hour modules
The Lean series consists of an introductory session to Lean Manufacturing and the concepts of waste elimination, methodology for lean improvements, benefits of lean process improvement and product development, as well as identifying the roles of leadership, the transparent workplace, just-in-time, controlling processes, standard work, and continuous improvement. Six subsequent modules instruct on how to implement and sustain a lean environment through application of these concepts.
