CPIM Course Deliverables

At the end of the CPIM course, interested individuals will be qualified to take CPIM certification testing if so desired. In all cases, all participants will have gained full working knowledge of how to set up material and operations processes to efficiently and effectively handle the production and supply chain requirements of the organization. All participants will be able to begin planning, design and implementation of production and inventory control programs immediately upon course completion.
